Very good place to stay in Niagara easy walk to all the activies there, only thing its very complicated for parking not a lot of place !

Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was decent but no room to sit so had to take the food back to our room. Main area of the room was updated and looked nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was semi updated and the bathroom fan was very very loud, possibly the worst I've ever heard. The air conditioning made the room feel damp. We were on the first floor so don't know how the rest of the hotel was. It was clean, so that's always good! It's not the worst I've been in.

Location was close to the Clifton Hill attractions with a short walk. Our rooms’ bathrooms look renovated, as do the floors. Hallways were a bit dated. Small lobby area and front desk got easily backed up. Breakfast was average and nothing to write home about, but enough fuel to get going. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool ok, but hot tub was closed. I was worried about parking but there were enough spots. Budget friendly place to stay for our family of four.

The state of the room was terrible, we have asked to change. We could smell humidité, The price of the room was ridiculous comparing to the product. The picture doesn't reflected the reality. We never have problem with the Quality inn chaîn before. Newly rénovateur, my ass.

The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were attentive and tried to solve a problem with my room. They deserve a 10 out of 10. However, the hotel's structure is terrible. It's not worth it for the price they charge. Absurdly dirty carpets, broken doors, peeling wallpaper, among other maintenance problems. The breakfast is terrible, there's no space, the food is bad, and there are no good options. I won't return to this or any other Quality hotel.
