Book the Fallsview room-worth it!

Beautiful hotel and updated inside. We booked the American falls view room and it was worth it being able to see the falls, and a perfect view of the nightly fireworks.
Clean room, updated and no issues.
The Italian restaurant on-site was okay.
Service was superb from everyone in the resort and at all the restaurants

Perfect Birthday Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel while celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. A huge thank you to all the staff, especially the reservations team, who helped make our celebration so special and memorable.
The check-in experience with Fuiza was excellent. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.
Our room with the Juliet balcony was absolutely beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. We were able to watch the fireworks from our room, which made the celebration even more magical. It was truly a moment we will never forget.
The rooftop pool was fantastic, with an incredible view of Niagara Falls. The bartender and all the pool staff were wonderful, friendly, and provided excellent service.
The only area where we feel there is room for improvement is the housekeeping/cleaning department, as we expected a little more attention to detail.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. We will definitely return when we visit Niagara Falls again. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great View

The view was excellent—especially from the Falls-view rooms, which offer a stunning look at Niagara in both the morning and at night. The hotel itself was quite busy, but the rooms were very nice. Staying on the upper floors is highly recommended for the best views of the Falls and a more relaxing escape from the busy atmosphere.
Breakfast was extremely crowded, so don’t expect a calm or quiet experience in the morning. However, the rooms were very clean and beautifully set up, making the overall stay enjoyable.

Great stay and excellent location

It was August, peak vacation time, so the hotel and Falls were very busy. Hotel didn't seem overwhelmed at all - it was organized chaos. We used the valet, which was worth the cost. I didn't wait long to check in, but they offer online check in as well, which i would have used if there was a line. We stayed 2 nights and opted out of housekeeping, but one woman checked on us anyway as we were heading out one morning to ask if we needed more water, towels, etc.
Location is at the falls, very close to the bridge. Short walk to all the attractions and many restaurants. Paying for a falls view room is worth it - great view, sofa and chair, fireplace. Juliette balcony is just a door that opens, but at least its fresh air. See the falls and fireworks without fighting the crowd.
We did not visit the pool or restaurant but did the wine tasting at the bar. Starbucks on site, but it's terrible - what you order and what you get are 2 different things, and they could not handle the morning crowd .

Gave our room away. Tried to tell us no room available and we had already paid in advance.
Then tried to give us a room that would not accommodate our family. Ended up giving us a 2 queen room but had poor views of the fireworks.
They would not compensate us in any way to make good on their error and the inconvenience and stress they imposed on us at check in.
I’d like some compensation back.
