Perfect Birthday Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel while celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. A huge thank you to all the staff, especially the reservations team, who helped make our celebration so special and memorable.
The check-in experience with Fuiza was excellent. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.
Our room with the Juliet balcony was absolutely beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. We were able to watch the fireworks from our room, which made the celebration even more magical. It was truly a moment we will never forget.
The rooftop pool was fantastic, with an incredible view of Niagara Falls. The bartender and all the pool staff were wonderful, friendly, and provided excellent service.
The only area where we feel there is room for improvement is the housekeeping/cleaning department, as we expected a little more attention to detail.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. We will definitely return when we visit Niagara Falls again. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Gave our room away. Tried to tell us no room available and we had already paid in advance.
Then tried to give us a room that would not accommodate our family. Ended up giving us a 2 queen room but had poor views of the fireworks.
They would not compensate us in any way to make good on their error and the inconvenience and stress they imposed on us at check in.
I’d like some compensation back.

Lots of kids. The rooftop pool bar is on 7th floor of 20 story + building. We had a falls view room on high floor. Worth the extra money, views awesome. They try to sell a rooftop pool package for fireworks, not worth it if you have a falls view room Small pool, lots of kids, one small bar. Room was very nice as was staff. Excellent location for horseshoe view. If you are there with kids plenty to do with waterpark and “arcade land” of Clifton street.

The parking was very bad 70 per night and a reduced 50 if you walk a quarter mile to a garage. The location is amazing views are great, We chose one of the more expensive falls view rooms that is a must the location to the cliffton hill street and activities is awesome. The staff was not real help full. I stayed on the 22nd floor and was in room 2270 that horse shoe falls was blocked from my view since the roof was in the way. They would not move us that was disappointing.

We want to start off by pointing out how helpful and hard working the valets were. They went out of their way to help us with our car when we had an issue. The outdoor pool and bar were also very nice, but could have used more seating.
Otherwise, the staff wasn’t helpful (and rude at times) and the hotel lobby smelled like broccoli and was chaotic. For example, the staff didn’t clean or restock our room one day. I called the front desk and asked they if they could come up in 30 minutes to restock and clean because we were going out. The front desk agreed. The cleaning person showed up 15 minutes later and got rude when I told her my wife was showering and to please come back in 15 minutes as agreed with the front desk. No one from the cleaning staff ever came back.
The bathrooms were small and the shower walls were moldy. The shower leaked and the toilets were so low to the ground that they were difficult to get to.
The low point was the indoor pool. Parts of the space were taped off because the walls and ceiling were bubbling. The edges of pool were also moldy as was the area behind the ladder and in between the tiles.
The location is very close to the falls and convenient. The area it is in has a Jersey Shore boardwalk atmosphere and energy, which is great if that’s what you’re looking for.
