Two major highlights for our family were the swimming pool and the breakfast:
The Pool: The kids had an absolute blast swimming, and it was the perfect way for everyone to unwind after a day out exploring.
The Breakfast: The hot breakfast had a great variety of delicious options to choose from, making it super convenient to get everyone full and energized before heading out for the day.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families visiting Revelstoke!
Parking is on the right past the main entrance.

Zero response from Management to concerns
At BW Revelstoke in June 2026, Smoke detector went off in my room at 1 AM, in room phone didn't work to call the desk. Called from cell, took them a while to figure out I actually was a guest. Someone came up, took the smoke detector down, and left. My wife didn't sleep much, wondering why the detector was going off, and if there was an ongoing concern since there was now no detector in the room.
At check out, the front desk wasn't too concerned, eventually gave me a small discount. Promised a 'Manager' would follow up. 4 phone calls and 6 weeks later, I finally talk to a manager. Every other call there was no one in or they were 'on holidays until next week'. Answer is..too late, can't do anything, already got a discount.
$256 after discount for limited sleep.
Your experience may vary, but don't count on any follow up.
Nice enough room, has breakfast but no restaurant for supper.

Being awakened in the middle of the night is frustrating enough, and we understand how unsettling it would have been to have the detector removed without a clear explanation or reassurance about your safety. We also recognize that the in-room phone not working only added to the inconvenience.
Equally disappointing is that we did not follow through on our commitment to contact you after your stay. We understand why the lack of timely communication left you feeling unheard, and we sincerely apologize for that. Regardless of any discount provided at checkout, we should have responded promptly and followed up as promised.
