Very good for what it is. Sound proof could be better, because we were hearing the other rooms easily, even if they weren't speaking loud. Still, recommended.

Reviewing expedia not the room
The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them
I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, my back couldn’t handle it, I had to check out early. Otherwise very clean and convenient.

Basic motel room but very clean. Great food at the restaurant. Friendly staff. Guédille of lobster made with real lobster compare to an expensive and cute touristic place down by the water, great breakfast also.

Disappointing Price quality ratio

The motel is old, the air conditioning does not work and the city center is not within walking distance.
Price quality ratio is disappointing.
The restaurant is decent and convenient as it is only accessible around the motel.
