Great stay at Ace Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Ace Hotel Toronto. The building itself is beautiful, with a very appealing architectural design that carries through from the entrance to the stylish public areas.
The location was also excellent and very central, making it easy to explore Toronto. We particularly appreciated having the Water Works Food Hall and a park directly across the street — both were incredibly convenient and added to the overall experience.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the gym was more than sufficient for our needs.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Emma at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always a great person to turn to. She really went the extra mile and genuinely made our day!
Overall, a great experience — we would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional experience

I spent three days at the Ace Hotel and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were quiet and the food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. I especially want to highlight Salma, who was so genuinely sweet, kind-hearted, and incredibly helpful—she even spoke my mother’s native language, which made her feel so comfortable and welcome!

Really lovely stay

Really enjoyed my stay here. A beautiful property, and an even better staff who were very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend.

Design hotel in the center of beautiful Toronto.

We slept in Toronto at this beautiful design hotel. Everything perfect: the location, the atmosphere, the room, and the staff. Highly recommended.

ace hotel stay

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to stay productive between meetings.
A special shoutout to Salma at the front desk, she was incredibly warm, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience feel personal, not just transactional. I’ll definitely be booking here again for future trips and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling for work.
