a hostel, NOT a B&B

This place thinks it's a B&B, but really, it's a hostel. There is no bfast. The owner doesn't greet you...just leaves a key in a lockbox. There are a bunch of rooms in a big house, with hostel like people and atmosphere. It bills itself as quiet. Nope. As clean. Nope. My room, per their website has its own 1/2 bath [shared shower]. Nope. I’m usually ok with shared bath/shower, but this was nasty. One shower for everyone in the house. Claims it has a large living room with leather couches and TV. Nope. The photo on the website must be 10 years old. My bedroom door had a long glass cutout, and the shade/blinds they had over it was short about a foot. So...someone could look into my bedroom if they wanted. I got the room next to the kitchen, so when people got the munchies late at nite [and arguments] I heard it. There was even a guy who started banging around pans at 4.30 am - to cook him a steak!! However, it is cheap. If you don't care about cleanliness, and can sleep thru anything...then stay here.
