Amazing bartender at club lounge!

Polly was super nice to us and recommended drinks tailored to our likes! We also had warm conversations and definitely made our day! I wish our flight wasn’t the next morning and that we could stay here another night!

The food was excellent and so was the room. The only thing that was better than both was the customer service. Billy from the Club Lounge was very kind, friendly and professional. It was a lovely stay.

Great room with so much space and everything anyone would need for a few nights stay. Amazing sunset views from the higher level floors ( if you’re facing west of course! )

Vancouver Sheraton Wall Centre Stay

We stayed in a family room at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre that had two separate bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with two doubles. The rooms themselves were well appointed and reasonably spacious, with the now-essential power sockets right by the beds (a small but very welcome detail).
Location is a real strong point. It’s well placed in downtown Vancouver, and a bunch of tours left from right across the street, which made organising day trips very convenient.
We ate one night in the hotel bar area and the food was good and enjoyable without any drama. There were choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner near by.
On the downside, the family room only had a shared bathroom (no en-suites), which felt a bit limiting for a multi-bedroom setup. The hotel also had a slightly tired feel overall. There was also some noise at nights as a hospital with emergency ambulances were across the road and a couple of mornings some workmen started work in the room below.
The room and hotel were clean and fresh
