The food and accommodation were good, only slight negative was that we couldn’t sit in the main restaurant as we hadn’t booked despite there being plenty of space.

Highly recommend!

The Kilmorey Lodge did not disappoint. Our room was absolutely lovely, looked out on the lake. The manager on duty was welcoming, very accommodating. Great location to the downtown area, we walked everywhere. We ate at the restaurant and had an outstanding meal, great service and drinks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I hope to return one day!

Bad axperience. Not recommended

Overall : Bad experience. Especially for the money spent. One noght, tiny room right above garbage disposal cans (very noisy, had to close windows) 840CAD with taxes!
NO balcony either. Bad is not comfortable
Those kind of money I spend in Firemont hotel in Lake Louse with breakfast included.Or other luxury Banff hotels like Moose or Fox
Price droped a week before arraival and I asked about price adjustment (120 CAD per noght). They refused. Arrived at 15;30 with check in time 16.00 and was told room is not ready??? Cleaning is suboptimal. Customer service is not friendly
Location is great, but that is about it. Got 1 star for that. Total waste of money.

Location is Perfect - easy walk into town and right on the Lake! We've stayed here several times and recommend this hotel.
Large rooms and modern bathroom facilities.

We paid an excessive room rate for what was provided… no complaints about the room size, decorating, room view or location. The bed was very soft, a tea set was provided but no water kettle, ice only available fr the bar. Good but expensive resturant and bar, no other building amenities like pool, hot tub, etc for what we paid. Staff were as expected being helpful, friendly, courteous, and available. Check-in and checkout went quickly.
