Carpeted room - traps the dirt, and you can see it is old carpet. Has the hotel ever considered changing the carpet to a hard floor?

Room was not what we expected. Murphy bed is not comfortable to sleep on. The “mountain” room faced thr poolr area where you can see some of the mountain. The worst part was kids in the pool past 10pm. Super noisy for those that want to get to get early and start early the next morning. Staff were great, but obvious signs the owners do really cater to repeat business (broken elevators causing massive delays). Would not visit again.

I stayed in the studio upper suite mountain view. The room was clean with great mountain views. A few lights were not working in the bathroom and on the murphy bed. Wifi was not the greatest and it could be a noisy. I enjoyed the amenities especially the pool and hot tub and it was easy access to the village and Blackcomb side.

We have stayed at PPWM several times before, including last July and this past April, so this experience was especially disappointing.
My husband stayed here for work, and I joined him with our two children (ages 3 and 6) for an extra two nights. We booked the same room category to extend the stay and were told we could simply need to move rooms the next morning once the room was cleaned.
We arrived after 11 p.m. and unpacked groceries, including specialty milk required by our son due to allergies. The next morning, we were told there was no estimate for when our new room would be ready. We requested a late checkout and explained we had two young children and a refrigerator full of groceries to repack, but every request was declined and no alternatives were offered.
The most disappointing part was not changing rooms—it was the lack of empathy, communication, and effort to find a solution. We had to rush breakfast, empty the refrigerator, pack everything, dismantle our Pack 'n Play, and make multiple trips to the car without knowing when we could access our next room. Not only that they cut off our parking the elevator access. When the room was finally ready, we were upgraded to a Family Suite due to the other room no longer being available, however, by then the experience had already been negatively impacted.
This review is about how the situation was handled and the hotel staff (manager) who completely missed the mark and offered a horrible customer experience.

Mixed feelings- good but too crowded

Good service, nice rooms, good location. BUT a feeling that it has too many guests for the facilities- breakfast, the pool and the lobby always felt crowded. It’s a decent choice all in all however.
