Nice place, big suite, nice kitchen and living room space. Kitchen floor was however very sticky and some towels not clean.

Very nice appart-hotel. We stayed in a two bedrooms / two baths unit, with a full kitchen and living room. The rooms were large and clean. The sauna / hot tub / pool area is great for relaxing after a busy day. Location is a short walking distance from the center of Whistler village.

Check in was efficient and friendly. Hotel is very clean and rooms are large. Good location. Great place to stay for family get away.

Tired accommodation

Very easy to find at the quieter end of the village but within walking distance. There is a small grocery store- which is well-stocked in centre of village. Spacious accommodation, kitchen well equipped. Could control heating/ air con independently as weather was wet when we arrived and then became warm and sunny the next day. Excellent pressure from showers. Our 2 bedroom suite had 2 bathrooms. General decor a bit dated throughout the lobby, corridors and suite.

Cleanliness YIKES....

We recently stayed for two nights and after our experience I wanted to write a review somethings may be a one off. Hotel staff and front desk were very accommodating. This is a dated property and yes a good value but the cleanliness of the unit was below standard. Being a pet friendly hotel the dog smell was very obvious down the halls as well in the units our hallway had a dog urine smell. The room itself was spacious and great for a family but it was so dirty and there was no housekeeping the entire time they do not houseclean if your there for one or two nights I guess. When I closed my door at night the mirror on the back of the door had hand prints, popcorn on the floor, hair in the bathtub and sink stains on my bedding. The pool was suppose to be heated but was not and the jets on the hot tub were not working. I would not recommend this hotel.
