Excellent breakfast!

Hotel in the heights. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. The other meals are good and hearty. The rooms are small. The shower is old but there is hot water morning and evening. The sheets are clean but more fresh. The beds are good. No wifi in the rooms (only at reception).

Avoid this stay

Stay that is fully accommodated. Dull smell, sheets with stains (3rd that I got was ok) and the shower where the door was gone and the drain immediately overflowed. Some of the staff were friendly, but there were also quite a few who clearly preferred to be elsewhere. Breakfast basic but nothing was tasty... The pool was often half empty. Only the surroundings weren't too bad.

Great location, excellent service

A bit remote but splendid hotel built in traditional style, great scenery, excellent food, nice rooms in lodges. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the commitment of the staff.

Opinions follow one another and look the same.....

What a shame! The place is superb but lacks trained staff. They are very nice but some do not speak English or French, are not always present at the bar or restaurant (which is good but not varied when you spend several days there).
The rooms are clean but simple. No privacy with the toilet as the door is very thin. Some showers are outdated. And the highlight is that everyone after a walk wants to enjoy the pool and...there are only 4 uncomfortable deckchairs!! In short we were not looking for luxury but our group is unanimous in saying: "can do better"! And that doesn't seem to change much considering the other comments so what are you waiting for? Yet this place is so beautiful!

To flee

The place is very nice but the hotel seems almost abandoned. The rooms are not clean, stained sheets or with cigarette holes, dirty shower and especially moldy smell in the rooms.
The staff is unwelcoming, not a smile, we feel like annoying them. 3/4 of the bar menu is not available. The restaurant is anything. On the second evening we were the only group in the hotel, we were served a dish of fish heads (only heads). Lamentable. When our guide claimed, he was told it was difficult to get fish.
The pool is nice and pleasant but is not maintained, there was seaweed in the bottom. I strongly advise against it until a renovation is done and staff are trained.
