Lovely hotel
Went to this hotel with a group of friends we had booked an apartment for the 4 of us but when we checked in they gave us 2 1 bedroom apartments don't understand why lol, couldn't fault the all inclusive the food was lovely lots of variety plenty to eat even for the fussiest of ppl hotel staff always very cheerful and pool area was nice right across the road from the beach I would Def book to go there again

Noisy!,,,
Thought we would save a few bucks so the wife booked us here. The furniture, cabinets, etc all were made from very inferior materials — the rooms depressed my boy to the point that he now hates the country. My shower and bathroom on the submarine were luxurious compared to this place. The lobby doorbell is incredibly loud and rang on average twice every night after 1AM waking everyone in the hotel up. Rooms are centered around a central courtyard that is not available to guests and partying neighbors will rain noise down on top of you if you dare open up your windows to catch a breeze. There is no air conditioning.

Estimado pasajero, lamentamos su comentario, pero le comento que los muebles que tenemos son iguales a todos, no entendemos a que se refiere con materiales inferiores, el baño es totalmente normal con su respectiva ducha y tina, el timbre de recepción ya fue condicionado con un menor volumen, los departamentos que tenemos están ubicados al interior de recepción y al exterior de la misma y en cuanto a los ruidos que se puedan ocasionar fuera del Apart Hotel no podemos controlarlo, aunque el echo de estar ubicados en un condomio nos deja un poco ajenos a ese tipos de ruidos, por lo que su comentario con respecto a eso nos extraña. De todas maneras todas sus acotaciones se tomaron en consideración para una mayor satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes.

Great value but basic accommodations
Our family of 8 is a problem for nights on the road. Usually we are talking three rooms and even in budget hotels gets quite expensive quickly.
The Punto Real has at least one 4 bedroom house they offer for about $150USD a night. A real deal for our family and was much more "family like" than three separated hotel rooms on different floors.
So the house was okay, a bit old, yet well maintained. There was no AC but of course things cooled down quickly after sundown.
The breakfast we arranged arrived at 10:30 the night before which was a surprise but actually gave us a lot more flexibility in the morning.
Decent fridge, microwave, water pot, toaster and enough dishes to take care of our family.
So if you are open to more basic accommodations (if you are traveling Chile you better be except for very few cities) then this is a great budget option.

You can do better than this
My wife and I spent 4 nights here last week (Jan., 2013). It's OK but fails to live up to its billing. The "air conditioning" in our room (the "Internacional") was a 12" tabletop fan. It sits in the middle of a suburban neighborhood - feels much more like a "Bed & Breakfast" only without the breakfast, than like a hotel. Cost (about $80 per night) seemed high for the "amenities" offered. We did appreciate the free Wi-Fi, and main floor location. I would use a less convenient, but more traditional hotel a mile or so away next time.

Apart Hotel en Curico excelentes
Me parece un lugar muy bien ubicado de fácil acceso, tranquilo y limpio los departamentos muy bien equipados y confortables a precios muy convenientes el personal es muy atento dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inconveniente, nos facilitaron nuestra estadia
