Disappointed

I wouldn't come again.
There was no change of towel, no replacement of comfort or shampoo, we had to buy shampoo and comfort apart, extremely impersonal attention all whatsaap, zero personal treatment.
Breakfast with bread mold.. (coming south one would expect a kneaded Pancito) two sheets of cheese and two of ham for two people, some salame, coffee envelope.
Sweet things you can find in a supermarket.
Super noisy, the day Saturday all afternoon pruning the garden or trees with a frightful noise that ended up just 19:30 hrs.
The TV in the room could never be used as no control of the ones were to turn it on.
Pay 180,000 x two nights... the vat is paid separately... neither is offered.
Away from downtown.
Very dark street to enter at night.
Zero recommended.
In pucon there are many others that for less offer you more.
Super disappointed.

Lack of speech

I do not return to this accommodation in Pucón. Since I booked the published promotion two nights en suite with jacuzzi. When I arrived, they sent me to a common room, saying it was the same and it wasn't. In the rooms you hear everything. The next day a person working in the room opposite started drilling with drill at 8.30 am was Sunday!!

Poor cleaning

I was two nights, you lousy clean. When I wanted to lie down the sheets were dirty (hairs and stained) we requested change and the person who arrived tells us that they come like this from the laundry, which stops or does not make sense and worse if so for not checking before putting them.
The rooms have no noise isolation you hear everything from the other rooms. Very bad experience would never come again.

Predatory

Booked with them online. There was a problem with the payment, so they contacted me. Then IMMEDIATELY proceeded to give the room to someone else, without waiting for my call.
I would have even gladly paid extra, but I guess they couldn't even pretend to care about their clients.

Dirty, small, overpriced property with rude staff

I have nothing good to say about my stay at this Hostal. The room was not clean, and felt very dirty to sleep in. The breakfast was disgusting and Ronald at the front was very rude. I do not recomend this Hostal
