Quality of service
Excellent service in restaurant rooms well, the only bad thing the hotel call center information that never found my reservation however physical was, where one for flight delays needs to request something.

Great location and equipped room
First time in hotel, we booked 3 nights (Friday to Monday) and were very satisfied.
The spacious and super equipped room (kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, utensils and cutlery) had iron and board.
The air conditioning was not in perfect condition but complied.
The bed is not the best but we can not complain, it was foldable, those that are vertical and stuck to the wall.
The area is very quiet and there are no annoying noises at weekends.
Relatively close to metro stations and there are wineries, shops and hairdressers within walking distance.
It has a restaurant on the first floor and pool on the top, we do not use them.
We're definitely back.

Excellent location on a relatively quieter street not far from the subway and Cerro San Cristobal. Cement walls and ceiling made for a very quiet room. I liked it so much at the start of my trip to Chile that I stayed another three nights before I returned home to Canada.

Excellent hotel in Santiago
Excellent hotel, simple but clean, well located in Providencia, a very nice area for tourists. Full restaurants/cafés around. Rooftop pool (small but well) on the 12th floor very popular at the end of the day to cool off.
