Good cost benefit

Good hotel, good facilities, good breakfast, great for those who want to save, easy access to Uber, close to a metro station, I do not recommend walking around the area due to crime in the area.

I do not recommend

Not good, it's an old hotel. Bad breakfast, no options. The location is in the Central Station, it looks like the Brás de São Paulo, half dark. The room is comfortable, but sometimes comes a strange odor.

The facilities, staff, amenities, and cleanliness...I can rate everything as excellent relative to the price. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I highly recommend the hotel.

INCONVENTIES

I had a lot of problems with the hotel. Extremely Dangerous Place Prone to raids and violence. Reservation made 2 months in advance and already paid. It took them over an hour to find her. I had booked 2 rooms: 1 for me another for my elderly parents. I was told they'd put us in one single room. It wasn't possible. We stayed in 2 bedrooms. One had no keys. Every time q needed to enter the room, we were q come down at the reception to ask the kindness of OPEN THE ROOM. We stayed 1 week, imagine the disorder..I sent 3 e-mails before the date, with clarification in relation to the elderly. Of course, q at the time of check-in was not possible.They placed the 2 elderly in a room with a bathtub. DANGEROUS P FALLS. No anti-slip. The two couldn't get out of the bath. Breakfast coffee few options but all likosinho.the staff did not make the least effort to solve the problems. I came to hear that the room maintenance was done on weekdays. I requested repairs in the air conditioner. It would only be possible two days later q would be the maintenance on the floor q I was. Same p the key. It doesn't matter if it's urgent or not. Maintenance has certain days p happen.

Everything was really good, great place to stay for short visits.
I’m trying to contact the desk now but I finding it difficult.
I have my room key for room 414 with m in error. My wife will be staying at this property next week so she will be returning the key to the front desk then.
I was able to contact the desk because I’m using an Argentinian phone service right now.
