The bathroom completely ruined the experience

We chose this hotel because of the photos that appeared on ID90 Travel, we stayed only one night in the hotel, the arrival was quiet, we were greeted by our bags and went out to meet vineyard, at night, when we arrived we found the not very pleasant surprise that the bathroom was not located in the room, we were not complicated by that, however, my real complaint is that the bathroom is very uncomfortable and ugly, the shower was tiny, there was no good lighting, literally if you dropped the soap in the shower you could not pick it up from how small it is, the heater is delayed to activate, I really got very frustrated the b year, how small and dark it gave the feeling of suckling, and I do not understand how they left a shower this small and if they left room for the cup? It is ridiculous, besides the roof is inclined, then my boyfriend who is tall (1.80m) stuck on his head with the roof. The tiny sink, they bought the smallest one that they found so when washing their face becomes water all over the floor.
Leaving aside the experience with the bathroom, the room is large, the bed was fine, we had no problems with the heating, the curtains did not allow the light to pass, then to rest was perfect, as an opportunity to improve the room could have furniture, because wanting to be so rustic I think they are skimping on comfort.
Additional in the room the noise was not a problem, we did not listen to other guests or the staff in our stay, that yes the house is in wood, therefore when walking if noises are heard, but since we were on the top floor we had no problems with that.
The breakfast was very basic, it was not excellent, but it was not bad either. It could get better.
The plus: the location was very strategic for our plans, we walked from the hotel to the vineyard clock, we went along the coast knowing on foot and it was always very close everything about the hotel, both walking and Uber.
In conclusion, going back to Viña I would not stay here for the bathroom, I would give the opportunity to another hotel.

In this place you will fell at home: you arrive in the evening and nobody made,the room. They claim I had recieved written information that housecleaning was inly ever two days. I didn't. Worse: they were extremely rude about it. And the Expedia page does list daily housecleaning aa an amenity. Also, breakfast is poor, coffee is instant cffee, or paid nexpresso, but also bad.

Clean. Has a really nice outside area. And very safe. But really there only person that had a good attitude was a young male. Everyone else was very bland.
