Highly recommended boutique hotel!

Very nice boutique hotel, good facilities, everything very well thought out, location and view are spectacular. Very remarkable the warmth of Jenny in reception with whom there was always good communication and very attentive. And availability Sigisfredo who at all times was kind enough to help us.
100% recommended and we already have our next reservation.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND KALAMAR HOTEL IN REÑACA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. My boyfriend and I have a terrible experience that I want to share so that no one else goes through this. Two hours after checking in, they smashed the glass of our car that was parked outside the hotel and stole all our bags with belongings valued at over $2,000. The strangest thing is that the suitcases were not visible from the outside because they were in the locked compartment of the car, still shattered the glass and took out exactly the suitcases. When we asked for the security camera footage outside the hotel, we were told he didn't get anything because he didn't get to look good. If the camera isn't good, why do they have it? The worst part is that the same employee who served us told us that his new van had recently been stolen from an Argentine guest in the same place, but he never bothered to warn us or ask if we had a car. We were also not informed that the hotel has a parking lot in the back, which incidentally also has no security or cameras. That's pure and harsh negligence. The room was in terrible condition: broken toilet, dirty glassware, and at 2am we could not sleep because of the noise of the upstairs that sounded like they were moving furniture. We reported everything to the host and they just left us in sight. To top it off, when we arrived there was no one to receive us, we had to contact WhatsApp and wait for them to come and open us. There is no reception with staff available. As foreigners we feel completely unprotected and ripped off. The hotel knew perfectly well that there were frequent thefts in that area and did absolutely nothing to warn us or protect us. It was a fatal experience that left us without our belongings and with a horrible sense of insecurity. Don't risk your safety or your money in this place.

Excellent experience at Kalamar Hotel

Kalamar Hotel is an excellent place to spend the holidays or even a weekend with friends or family. I went with a group of friends and the experience was very good. The staff was always attentive and attentive that everything was okay. The rooms are luxurious and the seafront view is spectacular. In addition, it is very well located, close to everything and with easy access to get around walking.
Fully recommended!

Excellent experience in Reñaca!

Loved the view, location and attention! I recommend 10/10! It is a place that despite being central in Reñaca, is very quiet!

Amazing view

A spectacular sea view, a very nice and comfortable place. Very good service. Ideal for resting and relaxing and going as a couple or with friends.
