Clean rooms , upscale property 20 minutes drive to centre . Breakfast is good . Helpful staff not sure what else to say about- I recommend

Great place only disappointment was the lack of an in house spa / massage . We looked for it and it looked abandoned? Clean hotel and upscale , helpful staff . Ensure you have WeChat because otherwise you can’t order easily food . A 20 minute ride to the city centre and 40 to the Airport . We recommend

Excellent hotel, very good stay in every way.

Very nice hotel, 5 Star Service, very comfortable room, beautiful bathroom. Superb breakfast buffet. If you are on Chengdu, you can go there with your eyes closed, excellent experience.

Other Hotels Provide a better Service

The service here is completely out of step with the rest of the hotel. The so-called upgrades for status guests are nothing but a scam.
Check-in is a mess and badly needs improvement. Why are guests not given the most basic information? When is the pool open? What are the breakfast hours? Where is breakfast served? None of this is communicated. And why isn’t there a simple information sheet in the room with all the essentials?
The upgrades are an insult to the customer. You get a bigger room, yes, but none of the promised benefits. The website clearly states that the category includes club access and a free minibar. Neither is provided. It’s like being given a room with a bathtub but being told you’re not allowed to use it.
In most other hotels, an upgrade comes with all the benefits. Not here.
The room itself has been renovated and features an open bathroom. Whether that’s appealing or not is purely a matter of taste.
