great experience.

Very nice hotel, attached to a shopping mall, which makes life even easier. The stuff of the hotel is paying a lot of attention to the needs of its guests. The hotel bar is for sure a place to go. Osmond Ouyang is perfectly educated in wine and gives you the right wine to make you feel happy. His level of ownership is high level and Osmond is for sure performing on high high level. Well done and compliments to the management to have employees like Osmond. We haven’t tried the breakfast, so nothing to add here. But again, all in all, very good. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and big. We will for sure come back!

The manager was extremely rude, the guy who checked me in said he would let me know when a room became available (as there were no clean rooms when I checked in), but he took off for his lunch break and didn’t tell the other employees I was waiting there.
They refused to let me cancel my upcoming reservation after I had a bad experience with a manager, and then they tried to charge my credit card three times in a row for something and triggered a fraud alert that got my credit card frozen.
Definitely my worst experience in 31 years of staying at hotels in China.
The only positive was all the young women who worked there were very friendly and tried to do what they could to make up for the rude manager.

The first Renaissance family trip.

The warm first Renaissance shows the love of the Kingdom of Heaven in Shu. This trip is a trip with the children on leave against the wind, and the first time to bring the children to Chengdu, Sichuan, to experience the locale and deep Bashu culture. Choosing to stay at the first Renaissance Hotel, I received great support from front desk manager Libby during my stay, and made memorable memories for my children and me on this trip. It's been almost a month since I returned to Dalian, and my children still miss the wonderful experience of my stay. The panda doll that Libby gave my daughter on the day of her stay also became my daughter's latest good heart. The hotel is very well equipped, breakfast on the second floor is very varied, especially like pancakes and fruit and spicy hot noodles, for me and the kids who are not very good at eating spicy, are just right delicious. The lounge's overall liquor category is also complete, and Edward Chen is keen to help print her child's daily schoolwork so that even if she comes out to play, she doesn't fall behind in her daily studies. This stay also allowed me to bond with the Renaissance Hotel in a certain way, and later take my children on a trip to Chengdu, where the first Renaissance will almost be a must for my family. Whether it's a warm hotel colleague or convenient transportation and surrounding food, it will be why I chose the Renaissance Hotel.

From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding. Coco Zhan (詹凤) was exceptionally helpful and friendly, truly exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Chengdu—you won’t regret it
And Do ask for Coco Zhan (詹凤). She will make your trip even more memorable .🙏🙏🙏
