Regarding the noise of the air conditioner's external unit, we have ordered the engineering department to install a shock absorber for the external unit as soon as possible, and fill the sponge between the external unit and the air conditioner frame. The bathroom has also re-purchased a simple hanging rack, so that guests can have a better check-in experience when they check in next time. We are sorry for your bad experience during your stay.
