This was my second time staying at Fandio Hotel.
The location is perfect—conveniently close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The view from my room was absolutely stunning.
Highly recommended

The accommodation was easy to find. Check-in was easy via WeChat and a personal greeting.
The hallway to the apartment is a bit dark, but we were really pleasantly surprised by the apartment.
Very modern furnishings
The view is really great, but the lights on the skyline go out at 9:30 p.m.
The biggest disadvantages:
Unfortunately there were no proper towels, only disposable towels
In addition, the soundproofing of the windows is really very bad and despite being on the 20th floor, the apartment is very, very loud, even at night.
I still would book the Appartment again, because of the central location and the great view and big open common room

The location was quite convenient and close to hongyadong. The view from the apartment was brilliant and my wife loved it.

Room size is large. Bed and pillow are comfort. Staffs are super helpful and polite. Their response rate is 100% and quick. Impressive!! From subway, exit 5 is the best and the stair is required. Taxi to airport from apartment is 40 Yuan. Hongyadong and Raffle city are walkable.

- Bad mold smell before entering the apartment.
- Water leaks from the bathtub (we were asked if the staff check it but we didn’t use it so we didn’t care much).
- Floor is in a bad condition.
- Only disposable un-functional towels, get so wet after shower. Also not enough towels to for example dry my hands after brushing teeth or toilet use
- Noisy in the morning
- Badly equipped apartment. It has only fridge, washing machine , 2 hairdryers and 4 cups.. buddy where are the plates and cutlery?
The only positive things are
- Nice view at night
- The apartment is surrounded by all what one may need during trips, restaurants, bars, attractions, etc.

Dear guest, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experiences you had during your stay. We are very sorry about the bad mold smell upon entering the apartment and the water leakage issue from the bathtub. Our maintenance team will address these problems immediately.
We also recognize the poor condition of the floor and the inconvenience caused by the disposable towels that don't function well and the shortage of towels for daily use. We will work on improving these aspects.
The noise in the morning is indeed an issue that needs to be resolved, and we'll look into ways to reduce it. Regarding the lack of plates and cutlery in the apartment, we'll make sure to equip it properly.
