I love this hotel. Everything was well prepared. Even until into detail such as oxygen canister that you may need it at this altitude of 3300 meter. Yes I want to come again and stay and feel secure in this hotel

Good stay. But no much variety for the breakfast.

No aircon! You can only open the side windows to cool the room. But the opening is too small to really cool down the room. I requested for a fan as it is too hot but they don't have any.
There are many hotels in Shangrila with aircon. Please book those with aircon. I tried to cancel the booking after the 1st night but they didn't allow it.

Hotel has a great service with great service minded staffs. Location is a bit off from old town but very peaceful.

About 10min car ride from the old town. Was upgraded by hotel to a room with snow Mountain View. Clean. Temperature in room seems to only stay at 24c , and does not go below a that . Room is equipped with humidifier, a great amenities for me to combat with the dry air . Breakfast is ok, mainly oriental style choices .
