You could not get a better location than this one!
It's literally right by the lake and all the shopping malls, and the metro station is just a minute stroll or so away!
Make sure to stay here for your first visit in HangZhou!

Absolutely loved our stay at Renhe Hotel in Hangzhou! The location is unbeatable—just steps from West Lake and close to shopping areas, yet peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with Chinese tea leaves provided for a lovely local touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the robot that delivered our food—so convenient! A perfect blend of comfort and modern service—highly recommended!

Great location. Subpar service from front desk managers in the night shift, not helpful at all. Service from all other staff was fantastic, especially the bell boy and staff organising private tours / transfers.
Changed rooms 3 times. First room stink of cigarettes, 2nd room was like an old budget hotel that had no safety deposit box, no towel rack, mouldy bathroom, badly patched sprinkler on the ceiling and worn down cabinetry, A/C was also broken. 3rd room had a broken door lock and 4th room was finally habitable.
Overall not a great experience but location was good.

Best hotel i stayed in Hangzhou, the service was excellent and all of the staff were super nice and friendly. Help a lot with information and very great attitude from the manager as well. Will definitely come back here again.
