服务：从前台到餐厅，服务人员都很热情周到
环境：整体环境是不错的
设施：相对来说卫生间设施差了一点点，但也能满足基本需要，这是唯一的短板
整体非常满意

第一，定的是双床房，进门看到一张床的被子上面，枕头下面很多黑色的毛毛。明显就是很久没换。
第二，两瓶矿泉水，一瓶还是空的。
第三，遥控器上面的灰一大层，请问都不擦的吗？
第四，门锁是坏的。
第五，你说这是商务双床房吧，都没个办公桌。。
第六，跟前台反应让来换床单被罩，工作人员一直在那说换过的巴拉巴拉，完全没有任何认错的态度我要求一并更换床单，遭到拒绝。鉴于我自己带了床单，才没跟她一再计较。
第七，早餐是9点前，我八点五十去的，但是因为打电话没顾上吃，工作人员来了好几趟问我吃完没？并且还在那大声的说，还有人没吃完！请问，就这么着急清场吗？？
总之，差！
体验不好！
反正是不好，来旅游也并没有很好的体验！
