The hotel is very clean and the overall environment is good. The service attitude of the front desk and the lady in the guest room is also very good. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the shower head in the bathroom. The fixed shower head is broken.

The front desk doesn't have any sense of service, the front desk is very bad, the housekeeper's service attitude is very good, the decoration is good, but the mattress is so hard that it lowers the overall impression. The hot water in the bathroom was not hot in the afternoon and evening, so I couldn't take a shower, and it was normal the next morning. I booked three rooms, and one of the TVs was not working well, the staff didn't adjust it, and they didn't actively deal with it in the follow-up.
