Review:
I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.”
This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole.
I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.

Immediately investigate and inquire with the reception staff on that day, and learn that a gentleman did come to look for a bag that day. The colleague said they heard you talking about looking for a bag, and saying 'No' means they did not see the bag. It is indeed our poor language skills that have caused you a bad stay experience. Once again, we deeply apologize and will increase our English speaking training in the future. We hope that when you have the opportunity to come back, you can feel the changes we have made. EXCELLENT HOTEL

Everything, super comfortable bed, impressive views, very spacious room, bathroom with shower with excellent water pressure. The quality of sleep is very good since you cannot hear any neighbors from either side or above or below. The included breakfast is very varied and of excellent quality. Located on the main avenue near shops and restaurant areas. Without a doubt I recommend this hotel 200%.
