This hotel is great! Upon arrival, the concierge opens the car door for you to take your luggage. Check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk also prepared warm cookies. There was lemonade and black tea and some snacks in the lobby as a welcome drink. The room was great. We booked two connecting rooms, which is convenient for family living. The only thing that needs improvement is that the air conditioning seems strange. No matter how I set the air conditioning in one room, it is not cool enough, and no matter how I set it in the other room, it is freezing cold. Because there are children staying, I asked the front desk for a bed guard. Later, the child had a fever and borrowed a thermometer. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner are actually quite average, with a lot of variety, but the taste is not very delicious.

We have stayed at this DoubleTree by Hilton before, including around the time it first opened, so unfortunately the difference today is quite noticeable.
The hotel seems to have gone downhill considerably over the years. The rooms and common areas do not appear to be maintained to the standard we would expect from a DoubleTree by Hilton. Our room also had a very strong and unpleasant smell, which made the stay much less comfortable.
The service was also disappointing. Communication in English was extremely difficult, and overall the level of service did not feel comparable to what we experienced when the hotel first opened.
For a hotel carrying the DoubleTree by Hilton name, we expected a much higher standard. At this point, it feels more comparable to an average local hotel, and in some aspects even below that level. Considering our previous positive experiences here, it was disappointing to see how much the property has changed. Unfortunately, in its current condition, we would probably not choose to stay here again.

Our second stay at this hotel. Great location and clean room. We would like to thank Tiger at the Front Desk for his help and organizing the cake for us this time round 😃

The hotel is simply amazing! It’s really 5 stars Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The managers Kelvin and Ivan are a very polite person. At the restaurant, David, May, the manager Leo, and all the staffs are impeccable. The room is clean, new, good smells, perfect cleaning in all the hotel. Our family are so happy with the treatment. Breakfast delicious and also dinner buffet with so fresh meat and all. We extended 2 days more just because of all the things and the people kindness that the Hotel can offer. We gonna be back in this Hotel for sure and indicate all our friends. Thank you all for everything and perfect treatment.
