Hotel Cozi Harbour View Super Stay again

We have stayed in Hotel Cozi several times and it is always good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Management do a great job. We always feel at home when we arrive at Cozi.
We needed a late checkout and called reception, the lady at reception was extreemly helpful and managed to arrange everything, perfect!
The only negative things I could find was that the bathroom has a bath with a PVC shower curtain which we didnt like and, the windows are not openable, preventing the room getting fresh air, which we can understand from the safety point of view, as we were on the 30th floor.
We will be coming back to HongKong soon and will be booking Hotel Cozi again. Thank you all for your great work.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and supportive staff. Since I am a frequent guest, I receive many time an upgrade to the corner rooms. I like it. Only 300m from my suppliers office.

Stayed here before. Good quiet location near MTR. Friendly front desk staff, got free upgrade to spacious and comfortable suite. Overall good but need to self prepare bottle water. Great value for money and well recommended for stay.

This hotel is walking distance 300m to my Electronic Parts and Development Office. Great Value for money. Friendly and supportive staff. Clean, frequently upgrade as a frequent guests. I will be in my preferred room soon again. Thank you

The room is a bit dirty, there is smoking smell in the loft lobby even it is prohibited on the floor.
