Make me feel respect

After I check in,I found that there was a strange smell in the room.I saw manager in the corridor of the hotel.them the manager very quickly help me deal with it change room ! After processing, the manager took the initiative to send fruit and apologize to me. I remember the manager name is Ivy, she make me feel respect ! I will be back again and recommend to my family and friends This is thebest Hong Kong hotel I have ever stayed in.The environment of the hotel is also very good.large and comfortable!The facilities in the hotel include a swimming pool and a gym!

Good hotel experience

Hotel location is good and convenient, walking distance to MTR and bus station to the airport. Good variety of restaurants near the hotel. The room size is reasonable spacious. The checkin efficiency is good. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Alison and Becky. Very impressive with the housekeeping staff, Anna, April and Elaine. Very caring and keep my room clean and tidy. Highly appreciated.

Panda hotel deserved a good applause.
The room looks newly renovated , cozy and comfortable to stay in.
Staff were friendly and helpful !!
Laundry room are big , but some machines were broken … so the wait may be longer.
The transportation is very convenient.
I will be back

the place is perfect for people who travel there are convenient store restaurants and more and while waiting the sit are ki da comfy than the other hotel
