Conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to go to the airport. Service was good too. Was given a room upgrade whch was much appreciated. Offers a good breakfast spread too!

We booked the hotel having read on how good the breakfast was Unfortunately, we were sadly disappointed. The breakfast spread look impressive at first instance but lack quality.Coffee was disappointing, no latte or cappuccino available for a hilton chain.Many vegetables dishes and cheap fruits.No quality fruits given eventhough many berries,cherries,lychee and longan were in season.Breakfast at 88 yuan was not worth it.The Superior king room booked was crammed and smell of sewage.They had to change our room 3 times and finally upgraded us in the middle of the night when we complained as the smell became too bad for us to bear.Would not recommend .

The front desk, after obtaining your understanding, took you to a non-smoking and quiet deluxe king room that met your needs the next morning. The front desk immediately changed the room for you after you confirmed that the new room was satisfactory.Hampton is a mid-to-high-end business hotel of the Hilton family. The layout, facilities, and breakfast of the rooms are implemented according to the requirements of the group. The hotel has always strictly controlled the quality of food , purchased fresh fruits every day, and stored them properly. We have verified the delivery and storage records of that day at the first time, and checked the situation of the same batch of fruits, but we have not found any similar problems.The quality of our fruits is very fresh. If you are willing to provide more details (such as specific time and type of fruit), we will further investigate.Once again, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had, and we sincerely hope that you will choose us again so that we can have the opportunity to provide you with better service.

All the staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast is good with so much varieties. The only thing is the hotel sign board is not easily to be seen due to block by trees n building.

My stay here was good. Check in was super smooth. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Breakfast has many choices. Location is great.
