the front desk worker was unmotivated and kinda rude, ignoring that my ID is not a passport and insisting i fill out a non suitable form instead of just scanning it. this person needs training,especially regards attitude.
besides that this hotel is very good. the lady bringing me to the room was very helpful and nice, the room is very tidy, very big bathroom and all things work well. the location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and shops around.
will come again for sure

昨晚到酒店很快办理了入住手续，前台工作人员陆女士始终保持微笑，态度亲切友好，热情周到的卓越服务让我感到宾至如归，简直就像在家一样舒适，给我留下了难忘的印象。酒店房间卫生干净利落，设施齐全，早饭品种多，口味好，再来绥德肯定还会选择入住世纪家美酒店。
