Exceptional 5* hotel away from the hustle and bustle

We were in Nanjing for the cherry blossom season at the beginning of April and chose the Jumeirah Hotel. It was our second stay after an initial visit in 2024.
The exceptionally styled building is located slightly outside the busy city directly on the Yangtze River. From the upper floors, you have a spectacular view over the city and the river. With Didi, you can reach all the important sights in about 20-30 minutes.
We enjoyed our stay; the rooms are classically furnished, spacious, and of good quality.
Compared to our first visit, we found slight cutbacks in service (no luggage support upon arrival), fewer amenities in the room, and a significantly smaller breakfast buffet.
The evening tea service prepared in the room was very nice. The bar is also very nice, even if it is a bit under-visited.
All in all, we enjoyed a very nice stay and recommend the hotel.

Comfort stay

A heartfelt thank you to Jumeirah Nanjing for such a wonderful stay. The service was attentive and truly exceptional, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options, and the room was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It was a memorable experience, and i look forward to returning again.

I recently stayed at the Jumeirah Hotel Nanjing* and had an outstanding experience. The service was the best-attentive, professional, and with many English-speaking staff, which made everything effortless. The hotel was immaculately clean, with many great facilities to enjoy. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. As someone who came for a trail run, I also appreciated the convenient location and comfort after a long day. Highly recommend, and l'd gladly stay here again. Didn’t take many photos but rest assured this is a great place to stay.
