📍位置不要太赞，靠近朝阳广场市中心，下楼对面就是西关小吃街，夜生活超棒！附近交通发达，小黄车公交地铁打车啥都方便，民宿在小区18楼，没订到有窗房的也可以在阳台欣赏城市风景，还省了云顶观光的门票
🙋房东礼貌热心，各方面都能安排到位，入住不操心
💡这一趟的感触：南宁是个很包容的城市，体量大仍然管理的很好，工作生活为一体，风景很美也很适合打工人，美食集合了全区域特色价格也实惠，总体就两个字-宜居
🛏房东很细心效率很高，设施完善缺什么也能很快补起，洗衣机吹风机晾衣服啥的都不用担心，长期居住都没问题
对了，重要的卫生很到位，被子有太阳的味道，比之前在别的地方盖的螨虫被好太多了，下次还来！

服务：老板很热心，这里是一个性价比很高的歇脚地。不过住的人数较多，晚上可能会有一点点吵，晚上睡觉带一下耳塞会更好。
设施：有洗衣机、厨房可以使用，最好的是有三个洗手间可供使用，稍微等一下就有位置了。

卫生： 公共区域的客厅和厨房的卫生很一般，厕所有反味，单人屋子里面居住可以。
设施：厕所厨房公共区域的客厅很陈旧。
环境：空调会白天有时间段停掉，具体没注意。
