You are 4 adults and 1 child, and your luggage has ingredients, pots, pans, pans and barbecue utensils... The tricycle we pick up will take 2 people and then load it. After your luggage was full, the other two walked on foot. We communicated at that time and got your consent to make this arrangement; 3. When you arrived at noon, you said you would use the kitchen to make lunch, and we explained to you at the time that our kitchen was not available during holidays. For rent, (the kitchen can be used normally, you need to inform in advance), you use the kitchen for dinner, you don’t do much, and we don’t charge; 4 BBQ; you say our BBQ is more suitable, you don’t use your own BBQ, you say If it is free, I said that if it is free, you can clean up the garbage by yourself, and provide a trash can next to it, you said it is ok. We didn't lie to you, let alone cheat you, but we used the kitchen and some small condiments for free according to your requirements (if the guests did not prepare any of these, we let the guests take them by themselves). Although we are in the service industry, we come with emotions. Guests, there is really no way to meet all requirements. We are sorry to see that this stay did not meet your expectations and again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
