The hotel service was excellent, staff was really friendly and they helped a lot. The hotel has lots of amenities in the room (free coffee bags, tea, snacks, the gym is perfect and cosy, breakfast was very pleasing. The disadvantages are the treadmills in the gym (they are probably of less quality and the track is not working properly, so I didn’t use it in the end) and the weird smell inside the room which was eliminated after AC working for a certain amount of time. The cleanliness level could be better but it was pretty satisfactory. All in all, I think that this hotel is a great choice and I would recommend it to everyone!

Second room was a little disappointing
The first room was perfect, the bed was soft and comfortable.

Mixed feelings about the hotel.
The service was amazing, they didn't speak English but we used translator, the recipient had the app ready and was super nice, friendly and helpful.
They assisted in calling taxi and always tried to make communication clear.
I stayed in different rooms, the first one was clean and I loved it. Decided to rebook again and was given a different room, wasn't happy at all. It wasn't clean, hair in the bathroom, the floor wasn't swept.
