The room are clean and tidy, the front desk service manager Sky is one of the best services personal I ever come across as a regular traveller.

The building aircon main unit has been set to high temperture. Hence rooms are warm and stuffy. Room ventilation is poor. After complianting to the counter, hotel staff brough a portable air-con to the room.
