Wonderful hotel, amenities, location and staff

This is beautiful property. We arrive at the end of the Chinese New Year celebration and the lobby was beautifully decorated. The staff was helpful and even allowed a check out because we had n evening flight. The rooms are spacious and updated, with free mini fridge drinks and of course delicious teas. My parents ate the breakfast buffet that was included and said it was the largest breakfast buffet they’ve ever seen. There’s a cute wine bar downstairs with wonderful selections. The hotel is connected to a huge mall with more restaurant options. The hotel seems to be in a perfect downtown location and maybe 25 minutes to the airport. Great choice by our travel agent.

Good Stay

This hotel is very comfortable and is at very good location. There is shopping area in this hotel and Starbucks right around the mall. The breakfast spread was good.

To many children and noise. I dont mind vhildren but they are to loud even at the clublounge and buffet restaurant. Sorry to say I will have to vhose another hotel

A luxurious hotel.

The hall is spacious. The room is elegant and comfortable. The bathroom is smaller but plenty of water. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk service staff professional and kind. Free refrigerated drinks, some surprises!

Grand hotel comfortable stay

Location
Hotel is conveniently located next to Kerry Mall and China World Mall means there is no lack of shopping and food options. The hotel is a quick DiDi from the major tourist attractions.
Hotel and Room
Hotel is nice and clean. Our rooms were located on a high floor and the hotel breakfast had plenty of Western and Chinese options. The rooms were comfy and everything was well. We also had Club Lounge access which was very useful to relax during the hot summer afternoons.
Services
Before our arrival, we made some online shopping orders and the hotel kindly helped received the items and delivered them to our rooms when we checked in.  Overall, the staffs were all very friendly and helpful.
