Perfect stay!
I really liked this place — very friendly and welcoming staff. It was a bit hard to find at first, and I accidentally went to another street, but they came out and helped me right away. I had booked just one night since I was in Beijing only to visit Universal Studios.
In the morning at 7 AM, they organized a shuttle bus from the hotel to Universal. I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out, and they had no problem with that. They kindly kept my bags safe until 10 PM, when I returned from the park. They even showed me where to catch the shuttle back to the hotel and met me near the bus stop when I arrived late that night. My booking time had technically expired, but they still helped me with everything. I'm really grateful — such kind and helpful people
!
And very close to Universal.
As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. It was also the first hotel I stayed at in China that provided hair conditioner — and good quality ones too!

Quite a trip from Beijing center but in a lovely little village and the huazhuang metro stop is within walking distance. They booked our room to someone else in the middle of our stay and moved us to another room and then back again the next day. They are very generous with the water bottles, slippers, disposable towels, etc. It was clean and very well maintained. The washing machine, and kitchen things are in the public space with many other fun things for entertainment. The bosses are good.

The owners are very friendly and they willing to help if you need anything. Best to download wechat & alipay to keep in contact with them.. lovely pace for families especially kids. Perfect location !!

My experience was great. The room was very clean, organized, and had a private bathroom. There was an electric kettle in the room, which made it very easy to make coffee or tea. The internet worked perfectly, which was important to me. Communication was very fast. If you don't have a car, you need to consider that the accommodation is about a 15-minute walk from the subway station. However, if you do have a car, the neighborhood is quiet and well located for going to Universal Studios. Excellent value for money.

The location of the place is great. However, the flat is not well maintained. The floor is quite broken and some of the broken parts are covered with dirty carpets. The cleanliness of the beds are good but the floor is quite dirty. Not recommending this place for families who travel with grannies who are 60 years or older and kids. The bathroom is not separated with a shower and toilet, so after taking a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet. Description said there are two bathrooms, but to be exact, it is one full bathroom and one washroom without bath/shower.
Usually when we are traveling, we would turn off all the air conditioning before we go out for our activities during the day. However, when we arrived, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes and bugs inside the rooms. Plus, it smelled moldy inside. We have to leave the air conditioning on during the day so that when we went back at night, there were less bugs and smelled less moldy
The management team is very helpful and very nice.
I hope my review can help to make this a better place as the best thing about this place is the location.
