I couldn't book a double bed room during the Spring Festival, so I booked a twin bed room. The facilities are good and relatively new. There is a large parking lot in front of the door and in the basement, which is comfortable.

I booked this hotel on the 10.3rd for three nights at a time, and I applied for check out after one hour of check-in due to changes in the itinerary. I contacted Ctrip's customer service and said that after contacting the hotel for an hour, I would be charged a 10% default fee. Then Ctrip deducted 10% of my room fee for three nights and refunded it to me, but the 500 deposit charged by the front desk has not been returned, so I contacted Ctrip customer service again and asked them to help me contact the hotel, but the hotel suddenly changed its word and said It is enough to charge me for one night's room, and they forced Ctrip to ask for money. Ctrip contacted me again and asked me to give them one night's room, and the hotel also told Ctrip that I agreed to charge one night's room? It was clearly stated at the time that it was part of the cost. Even if you charge for one night's room, it's a charity. I think I can't leave the room empty for hundreds of nights. Whose money is not money? I contacted the front desk of the hotel if I could check in again. I asked my friend to stay there. The reply from the front desk was: No matter it is me or my friend, I can check in, but an additional cleaning fee and a 500 deposit deduction will be charged [strong][ Qiang] In other words, if it wasn't for the itinerary change, did I have to clean up every day for three nights, and the three-night room rate included the cleaning fee, so why would I be charged again for the same stay? Then if I stay for three more nights, do you have to pay for the cleaning? I really can do business (ps. This order is charged 10% after the hotel urges Ctrip to ask me to make up the one-night room fee) such a hotel will not come again.
