Amazing treatment

Amazing stay at the Shanghai Xi’an MGM Holiday Inn. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and both the restaurant and spa were excellent. Everything made the stay feel relaxing and enjoyable.
A special thank you to Yuki Gong and Emma Wang, who were incredibly supportive, friendly, and informative throughout our stay. They helped us with everything we needed, including arranging a late check-out, and always made sure we were well taken care of.
Excellent hospitality and service overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amazing, Smart, Artistic, Professional, Smooth

Me and my parents stayed here for one night, the whole experience has been beyond amazing. The staff has been extremely kind and caring, the upgraded rooms were stunning in every aspects and we were allowed for an extension for a late check-out.
A special thanks to Chency at the reception for his kindness, simpathy and professionalism.
The view is indescribable, you really have to see it for yourself.
My family has never been happier for an hotel experience. 11/10

Amazing hotel!!

Amazing rooms and location was best. 59 bar was great experience and both restaurants were fantastic.
