It’s a good hotel. Locate not in the center but not too far from heping road. Good breakfast. The restaurant has both western and eastern food. Some room has smoke smell. On the third floor has dim sum serve on 7.30-14.00. Good taste. The opposite has Walmart you can shop on 10.00-22.00.

Everything is fine with general guests, except that our rooms facing some maintaining issues, but after we highlight it to the front counter - technician resolve those issues immediately. over all it was fine.
Room service / facilities is very good. F&B need some improvement with services given,

Hotel Regency Shantou exceeded my expectations! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of delicious food. Convenient location with easy access to the city. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I stayed at the Regency hotel in Shantou for 3 nights and I was happy with most of time. I will highly recommend it to anyone.

As a family with 2 young children, it was pleasant to have two rooms of our desired arrangement that can be connected together via an inside door. The two rooms we booked are both spacious and clean. The decorations were the old-fashioned 90s luxury style. The hotel is opposite a shopping mall and it is easy to reach Walmart and Watson nearby.
