Great room and infinity pool with a view
Great staycation getaway for a few days, well-furnished apartments of all families and groups. Not to miss the rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Shenzhen river and Plover Cove Country Park in Hong Kong. 10 minute walk to shopping mall for restaurants and convenient delivery options. Buffet breakfast offered at Caprilicious, the house restaurant, which also serves Chinese cuisine in the evenings.

Wonderful stay, little english very helpful at the end of our trip
if you don't insist to stay in city center in Shenzhen I do recommend this hotel, very clean, big rooms, great breakfast, rooftop swimming pool, and what ever mentioned in their adds, even better. If you can have rooms with sea view it will be great but dont worry the rooms on the other side have mountain view, in this case ask them for the rooms in upper floor. Nearby there is shopping mall with very mice foodcourt.and plenty of restaurants in the street close to the mall. Wehave very difficult situation after check out, unfortunately, our travel agency had made a mistake to put a wrong airport to our international flight. We drove for one hour and as we arrived we found out that it is not the airport we are going to fly from. Another taxi and back to the right one. We spend more than 100 $.we were lucky and we arrived on time to right airport. Latter we made a report and it was not impossible to persuade a travel agency unless the reception in the hotel confirmed that the taxi by hotel approves that we lost time and money to find a right airport.they send and email and we could get money back from travel agency. We are so thankful for this.

Good Clean Place
This is a nice clean hotel with s fantastic view, staff is friendly and polite... breakfast is good rooms are clean and well ventilated, but the girl os very far from CBD ... takes almost an hour plus to get to the convention center.

Wonderful service
I am very impressed by all the staff and in patient the day time manager who assisted in checking out! Comfortable bed, exceptional bed linens , nice shower, sparking clean, that is pretty much all you need for a short stay !!

Wonderful kitchen, super service
If you go, you MUST try the free buffet breakfast. It's absolutely the best in Asia with everything from fried bacon and eggs to chilled cheeses and watermelon slices. The fruit juices are superb. "Sam" at reception is incredible, as are the views from the top of the hotel.
