Check in reception at Tower A level 4 with a friendly receptionist, they have staffs that bring you up to your room, my room was at Tower B 17th floor, clean and huge service apartment for 2-3pax, and just 8mins walking distance from 燕南 station exit C, this place has got many eateries around, one station away to 华强北 electronics mall.
Xipa is a decent place for weekend stay.

Good location with many foods nearby. Short walk to Hua qian bei area. Prompt response from apartment operator when message them to resolve issue.

Good location☺️☺️... about 4 mins walk to the Metro.
Many .. Many eateries around n mimi marts.
Room was OK.. lahhh ( just a little smaller then expected)🫢🫢
Washing machine.. stove .. fridge .. tv.. provided
Which makes alot of difference.
( could wash n dry our cloths)😁
😋😋Friendly n helpful reception staff.. she gave us directions n also help us book our DIDI
On the whole .. it was a grate experience.. n fun holiday

Do take note that the hotel is not at level 1 and at level 4 iirc... Need to go in and go up to lvl 4 to check in. The location is very ulu and may be complicated to go but other than that, the hotel rooms is very clean and nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Xipa last weekend. I chose to stay at Xipa because it’s close to the venue of the Mariah Carey concert which I went to, and there are quite a number of eateries and a few convenience stores in the vicinity. The overall accommodation experience was very pleasant. Special thanks to the lady at the front desk (Staff #06). She was excellent, very helpful and responsive in answering my questions about the room. The duplex design of room is truly a delight, with the bedroom located on the upper floor. Overall, it’s very good value for money and I have no reservations in giving a five-star score to my stay.
