This hotel was nice and in a great area for Shenzhen. They do have self laundry services, but it is not free. You have to pay 10 rmb for the washer and 10 rmb for 30 minutes of drying (you can pay more for more time. You pay through your phone). The dryer works well, though. There were men sitting in two rooms with the door open who yelled and laughed obnoxiously until 1 to 2 am for a few days. Staff speaks minimal English, but you can communicate with a translator. Also, part of the drywall of the ceiling fell in my room. Luckily, I wasn't underneath it when it fell. Still, I would consider staying here again.

The accommodation is in a really good place and very close to Huaqiangbei and Huaxin, so travel to other places in Shenzhen was perfect.
For a place to sleep, it was decent.
The bed sheet was not changed during our 4 night stay as it was ripped.
In the bathroom, the floor was not clean behind the door, and there were toothpaste stains behind the tap. Also the state of the bathtub was not good. It was peeling.
There was a smell of smoke in the room.
