It is located in the south gate of Suzhou and in front of it is Renmin Road, the main south-north road in Suzhou City. This hotel enjoys a favorable geography and a convenient transportation. It is about an hour away from Shanghai by train or car. The hotel has 278 sets of Chinese and Western rooms that are luxuriously decorated. Each room is equipped with many sets of satellite programs such as CNN, NHK, HBO, and Phoenix Satellite TV, and broadband interfaces. Both bedroom and bathroom kept in good condition. There are 28 large and small restaurants that can feature a variety of international foods. It is a traditional 5-storey low-rise building. Medium sized lobby is well decorated and furnished. Recommended by a local friend to book this hotel and the experience was amazing. Everyone in the hotel is so friendly and warm, always ready to provide assistance. Love the garden and the pond. Superb!

Not a 5 stars hotel. In gym, there was no wipes to clean the equipments...not good with the Covid.
Also, no drinking water.

Good traditional hotel with a bit of old money vibe (e.g. in terms of service quality). Convenient location that's within walking distance from metro station and some famous restaurants.

The stay at hotel was great! Close to metro station and to old town! Amenities are well maintained with a touch of Suzhou traditional culture.
Breakfast is mainly oriental.
Good place to stay and could consider again on next visit
