Will not go wrong with this hotel

Absolutely No.1 choice in Urumqi.
Great location with super friendly staff from Concierge to front desk. Rooms r well cleaned. Good value for money.
Will definitely recommend to my friends and come back again soon.

awesome!!!

I have to give a huge shout-out to the swimming and fitness area at Hilton Urumqi – it honestly exceeded all my expectations. The pool is a standard pool, and the water is so clear and clean that you can see straight to the bottom. The lighting is soft and comfortable, and the poolside loungers are always tidy and inviting.
The gym is equally impressive, with a full lineup of high-end imported equipment – treadmills, dumbbells, training racks, you name it. Everything is well-organized and spotless. The trainers are professional, patient, and always ready to offer helpful guidance.
After working out, the shower area is fully equipped with quality toiletries. The whole space is quiet, not crowded at all, and perfect for guests who take their fitness seriously. Hilton Urumqi is absolutely a top choice for anyone who loves to stay active while traveling!

Unforgettable great experience

Super Premium Level Guest Service
For 18 days, the first two nights and the last night are staying at this hotel. The distortion of its convenient location, in the high-end district near the city, the overall design of luxury atmosphere, the room exquisite comfort outside. From the two I personally experienced, it reflects the professional and careful assistance of the guest service staff. In this special thanks to Mrs. Juzvin to see me arrive at the hotel door, rushed in, actively over-interested, knowing that I took a taxi driver and did not receive cash, immediately actively helped me to pay WeChat, solved my trouble, this is the first. After check-out the next day, Ms. Chu took up the luggage of me and my roommate and arranged for a taxi. Moreover, the roommate can't find the charger, when nervous, patiently by the side, help to find. Ms. Liu, the security guard in charge of the entrance to the hotel, suggested to scan the baggage of the roommate's inspection machine before finding the charging treasure in the backpack pocket. The roommate's nervous mood can be quenched.
Hardware hotel atmosphere is comparable. But it is not as careful as the staff of the hotel, the timely assistance given, the warmth. Give me a trip to Xinjiang, more memorable.

Average Stay

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. We chose this hotel as the start and end trip of our Xinjiang holiday. This hotel is located outside the city and the surrounding area was pleasant with lots of new residential apartments, some restaurants and convenience shops about a 5 to 10 mins walk. There is a KFC and Cantonese restaurant across from the hotel.
The reason I gave this hotel a average rating was because compared to other hotel in the same category, Conrad Urumqi came up tops for their service level. We visited the Conrad to checkout it’s dining options. The Hilton feels more like a upgraded local hotel, smoking was allowed (or rather lack of supervision) in the room corridor. The concierge service at Hilton needs to buck up to international standard. The staff do not greet their guests.
The hotel breakfast had a good local spread but nothing note worthy by international standards. Again, this is catered to the local crowd. Just be aware and be prepared that this is a upgraded local hotel by my standard. I ask for a omelette and the staff (counter chef) seems to busy to entertain.
Overall, average stay and average service.

Praise the service

Ms. Zhu from the Concierge Department provided warm and highly professional service. She naturally took our luggage upon our arrival in the lobby and led us to check-in. We commend her for her excellent service.
