服务很好，孩子电话手表掉房间了，找到后给我邮寄回家。为酒店暖心服务点赞！下次到西宁还住这里。这个位置也超级好，购物吃饭交通都很便捷。闹中取静的位置，房间也很干净舒适。

本次入住非常满意，酒店所有员工都很热情，只要遇到都会问好，前台很有耐心，有问必答，还主动介绍周边的美食和景点，房间卫生打扫的也很干净，装修很新，早餐也不错，有现拉的牛肉面和馄饨，味道超赞，对开车旅行的人来说最方便的就是停车场，这家酒店有两个，地上和地下，车位很充足！推荐大家来体验这家酒店！

设施：房间很新很干净，面积也大，还帮我们做了升级，很赞
卫生：放心住，非常干净
环境：市中心位置，对面就是商场买东西，吃东西很方便，酒店环境也很好，机器人送东西到房间，不会被打扰
服务：酒店工作人员很热情，有求必应，下次来还住这家

新开的一家酒店，地理位置优越，对面就是大象城商场；房间非常干净卫生，入住时前台特意帮忙选择南向房间，虽然临路但房间隔音效果很好；酒店服务人员态度很好，入住即送果盘至房间，真正人人微笑服务；酒店餐厅早餐品种丰富，现做的牛肉面和米线味道非常好；入住体验很棒，差旅至西宁的酒店优选，值得推荐。
