There are kitchens, refrigerators, and balconies. Very comfortable stay. It is recommended to note the address of the front desk. At the beginning, I asked Ctrip customer service to know the destination of the key.

Bugs!
I was very unhappy. poor cleanliness and BUGS in the bathroom that entered the bedroom. we managed to get our money back only for the last night, after we argued with the administrator. the location is not so good, next to many ruined buildings. Although we stayed after 2 pm, the cleaning on the balcony was not done at all, it was full of hair and cigarette butts left in the ashtray left by previous tourists. I do not recommend!!!

please be aware that hotel description is wrong.. or not full.
The location is bad as the street is too lound. The only view that you can see from the window - is neighbor building that is under reconstruction.
Rooms are small and dirty (we saw 3 different type of rooms). But the owner claims that everything is fine.
As for me, it is shame to pay and live in such rooms and keep smile that it is ok! that's why we moved to another apartments immediately.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, le camere sono dotate di tutto il necessario per un viaggio di medio-lungo periodo. Il servizio della reception e il personale dell'hotel sono molto gentili e disponibili a venire in incontro alle esigenze del cliente. La posizione dalla struttura è davvero ottima, a pochi passi dal mare e dai luoghi d'interesse della città.
Excellent value for money, the rooms are equipped with everything needed for a medium-long term trip. The reception service and the hotel staff are very kind and available to meet the needs of the customer. The location of the property is really excellent, a few steps from the sea and the places of interest in the city.

Прекрасный апарт-отель с шикарным расположением
Останавливались в этом отеле летом 2021 года. Впечатление даже превзошли ожидания: персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь, по первой же просьбе оперативно предоставляли сушилку для белья, прищепки, добавляли мыло и давали прочие мелочи. Номера современные, с отличным и качественным ремонтом, в номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха: тарелки, стаканы, тостер, вилки с ложками, холодильник, мягкая кровать, отдельный диван удобный стол со стульями и большая лоджия с отдельным столиком и стульями. До пляжа идти буквально четыре минуты, поблизости находится большое количество кафе, кондитерских и различных магазинов. В стоимость входит и качественная уборка раз в три - четыре дня. В отеле есть и стиральные машины на первом этаже. От души рекомендую этот апарт-отель.
