Amazing hotel !

We are a family of 3 we booked a family 1 bedroom suite with sea view
We arrived check in was very easy hotel entrance huge so much space , on site mini mart well equipped, large bar and huge restaurant….
Our suite was huge 2 balcony’s , 2 toilets , very large kitchen so well equipped washing machine , dishwasher, fridge freezer , microwave, single oven , smoothie maker lots of utensils…
Air con in every room
Beds so comfortable
Suite cleaned everyday and towels changed everyday , bedding 3 times a week
The hotel was so clean and always smelled amazing
Breakfast buffet had a very good variety and lots of choice
We did not eat the evening buffet as we went out to eat every-night
The view from our room was incredible,
The inside pool was very good and the jacuzzi was super warm and relaxing.
The beach was literally 5 mins walk from the hotel , the Costal path took a good hour to stroll down to the harbour but such a beautiful view
We hired a car and went on the zoo it was soo good I would also highly recommend a restaurant called PHOS absolutely unreal
We will back to capital coast I could not recommend this hotel enough

Our stay at the hotel was for a night and it was pleasant, so I would suggest it for a short stay of one or two nights. The hotel overall is very clean, the breakfast was amazing.
We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and once we knew we are going to Pafos for a stay we booked this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel stayed in that era and it requires an upgrade.
In addition to the overall experience the behavior of the receptionists was a downgrade. The young lady was exceptional, very kind and calm with all customers and their frustrations. Once she left, an older woman stepped in and the scene changed immediately. The receptionist wasn’t kind at all, she had a bad temper and no patience and her answers to the customers were rude. This is really bad, especially since she is the first person someone faces entering the hotel. If you do not enjoy your job maybe its time to be put in another position where you do not have to engage with people.

The hotel needs a serious refurbishment. The bathroom, pool, gym and dining area.

Dangerous!

Danger. The pool steps are dangerously slippery. We both went flying. Hurt myself terribly. The hotel takes no responsibility whilst I im scarred probably for life! (See the pic!). AVOID!

Regarding the location...

One of the only reasonably priced resorts located by the sea, near Paphos, which can be reached via a very pleasant path along the coast. It is also located near Venus Beach and Lighthouse Beach, very pleasant beaches equipped with sun loungers at very affordable prices. The suites are a good size and have terraces facing the sea, but the decor is minimalistic and dull. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The pool is lined with sun loungers, which are also very comfortable. However, the bathroom lacks equipment to place personal items, even though it is also very spacious. In the kitchen, there are no dishwashing products or dish towels. The building, which requires better maintenance, is somewhat labyrinthine and uninviting; the people encountered are not very warm, unlike the Cypriot population.
