Amazing hotel

Outstanding Stay at Mandali Hotel, Cyprus!
We had an amazing stay at the Mandali Hotel in Protaras. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our holiday.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, with modern, comfortable rooms that are serviced daily. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds, and the location couldn't be better—just a short walk from the stunning beach, as well as shops, bars, and restaurants.
The food was delicious, with a great variety at breakfast and there was always something to suit everyone's taste. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind.
If you're looking for a hotel in Cyprus with fantastic service, excellent facilities, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend the Mandali Hotel. We had a wonderful holiday and can't wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! ⭐

Pool is open to EVERYONE!!!!! Including NON RESIDENTS

Absolutely shocked in what I’ve seen. People from Golden Star over the road coning over at 2330 the night before to place towels on the sun lounges for the next day, not only this i spoke with reception and he advised us they try to police it but cant! This means when a paying guest cant access a sun lounger because NON PAYING GUESTS are using them really takes the biscuit!!!!! NOT A GOOD WAY TO PRESENT YOUR HOTEL!!!!!
THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED, AS WHY AM I PAYING TO USE THE HOTEL AND. ANT ACCESS THE SUN LOUNGERS BECAUSE OF NON PAYING GUESTS!!!!
PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!

Worth a visit

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They could not do enough for you. We had a medical issue with a family member and they were so helpful in sorting this issue out. The hotel is clean and modern , and there were no sunbed wars , although the pool could get busy at times and beds could be very few . The rooms were spacious, and we were lucky to get a room with a large balcony , although most rooms have a small balcony but it’s big enough to sit on at night. The bar staff are all very friendly and although some requests were lost in translation as they are from Nepal , we all got there in the end . The breakfast was ok , nothing special, it’s what you expect at a Mediterranean hotel buffet , we cannot talk about dinner as we only went B&B. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from the beach and a 2 min walk from the main strip , yet it is still very quiet around the outside meaning you don’t get excessive noise. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Protoras.

A Great Stay!

Just got back today from having 9 nights at the Mandali as a married couple (just over 50!).
Can honestly not fault this hotel. The rooms (we had 306 side sea view) were spacious, bed very comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The shower could do with an update but nothing to complain about. Very hot shower, safe available but it’s chargeable at €2.50 a day.
We opted for bed & breakfast and again lots of choice and breakfast was fab.
This hotel is perfectly situated between the beach and the strip, just quiet enough to be out of the hustle but a stones throw away for some great meals of an evening in the town.
We didn’t use the pool during the day as we prefer the beach but did dip in most evenings and grab a drink. The staff make this hotel and are such an asset to the Mandali.
You get beach towels so grab these and can change them daily. We didn’t use the gym etc. but loved the indoor pool for a fresh swim to cool you down, we were the only ones in there! Lots of sun loungers but they did seem crammed in very tight.
We would definitely stay again and would highly recommended it.

Convenient location - nice hotel

Best hotel - to the beach and promenade 3 minutes , opposite the supermarket , in walking distance restaurants bars and main street . Cleaning daily - hotel new, renovation fresh, lunch and dinner delicious - staff friendly.
